The solar plexus chakra is the third of the seven main chakras, located around the belly button in the stomach area and is the colour yellow.
The Manipura translates as city of jewels or lustrous gem and it is the energetic portal that represents confidence, self-esteem, personal power, and self-agency.
When this chakra is open, balanced and healthy you feel self-confident, have a strong sense of purpose, and are self-motivated. If you’re experiencing blockage or imbalance, you can suffer from low self-esteem, have difficulty making decisions, and may have anger or control issues.
As a woman I cannot help but notice the lack of self agency that we can have around the subject of abundance and so that is just one of the themes we will be exploring together as we journey into our Sovereign Solar.
